Hi! I'm Holly. I was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and the owner of Seagrass Counseling located in Mount Pleasant, SC. I offer counseling for a wide range of issues such as teen counseling, anxiety, OCD, depression, self-esteem issues, body image struggles, trauma, difficult life transitions, ADHD, and couples counseling. I am passionate about helping adolescents, adults, and couples gain greater insight and self-awareness within themselves and work towards experiencing greater satisfaction and meaning in their lives. I believe in an integrative approach to healing, health, and wellness which includes providing a safe, open, and non-judgmental environment for my clients to work through complex and challenging issues.
